About The Venue

 

The main plenary sessions with be held in the Michael Murray Centre at Westminster School, Marion

 

 

The Michael Murray Centre for Performing Arts, opened in 1988, provides extensive facilities for music, drama, workshops, seminars, and associated events. It contains a concert hall that seats up to 800 ( however under current (Oct 10th) Covid-19 restrictions, seating is reduced to 300). It also features a music rehearsal studio, keyboard laboratory, and numerous music practice rooms. Recently, we have undertaken to upgrade the sound and lighting in the theatre to make this a truly state-of-the-art centre, and one of a kind in South Australia.
